A little snow is no excuse not to train.

We few, we happy few will be at Oak St beach tomorrow morning at 8 am for traditional Thanksgiving Day beach training and dunk. If you wanna dunk, bring a towel and change of clothes at the very least.

A few of us are training outdoors this winter on the Northwest side. If anyone from the old school would like to join us, leave a message and we can talk. No fee or anything, just some good old fashioned Tae Kwon Do! I wasn't real familiar with the messaging feature here, but now I am.

Beach training is a go for Oak Street Beach Thursday, Thankgiving morning at 8AM, sharp.

There will be a memorial for Mr Choi in the near future. I will post the time and date as soon as I get one.
