Women's Group Fitness is a facility specially designed for Women featuring a 30 minute workout that is fun, fast, and safe.
Our Workouts include the Essential Components of a Good Workout: Warmup, Cooldown, Weight Bearing, Cardio,and Stretch Exercises.
