August 17th I decided to do something different with my fitness journey and challenge myself in support for my F45 team and do the 45 day challenge with them. This means I changed my eating habits, I worked out harder and smarter, drank more water, got more sleep and I did more cardio. I started at 190 lbs and 23% BF. As of September 30 I weigh 175 lbs and I'm down to 15% BF. I posted this as a positive for those of you who are struggling and lack motivation. We are all going thru hard times right now. If you stay positive and keep moving forward you can achieve anything in life. At age 45 I feel like I'm in the best shape of my life and I have become a better version of meπŸ’ͺ🏿πŸ’ͺ🏿πŸ’ͺ🏿 πŸ’―

DAY 3 OF 25: Ive been nominated by my tag team partner Will Hopper to do 25 push-ups for 25 days to hopefully raise awareness for su***de resulting from PTSD, anxiety and depression. I will do an extra 9 for a total of 34 in honor of George Floyd

The rules are simple:
-once you are nominated your 25 days starts the following day.
-everyday record yourself doing 25 push ups even if you have to drop to your knees.
-everyday you have to nominate someone different

Day 1 of 25. I have been nominated for the 25 Day Push-up Challenge, where I will do 25 pushups for 25 days straight to hopefully raise awareness for Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, anxiety and depression, and stress that drive people to commit su***de.

The rules are simple:
*once you are nominated, your 25 days starts the following day.
*Every day you record and post a video of yourself doing 25 pushups. Even if you have to drop to your knees to get them done.
*With each post, you tag someone differently to complete the challenge as well.
