August 17th I decided to do something different with my fitness journey and challenge myself in support for my F45 team and do the 45 day challenge with them. This means I changed my eating habits, I worked out harder and smarter, drank more water, got more sleep and I did more cardio. I started at 190 lbs and 23% BF. As of September 30 I weigh 175 lbs and I'm down to 15% BF. I posted this as a positive for those of you who are struggling and lack motivation. We are all going thru hard times right now. If you stay positive and keep moving forward you can achieve anything in life. At age 45 I feel like I'm in the best shape of my life and I have become a better version of meπͺπΏπͺπΏπͺπΏ π―
