IT #55 The Measure of a Truly Dependable Bicycle Mechanic A tribute to one of THE BEST 💔.

We are reeling from the news that our long-time mechanic and dear friend, Mark Doherty, has passed away. Known as McD to all who knew and loved him, he was a legend in the Chicago underground cycling scene and a key, irreplaceable member of our staff. His love for tiny dogs, tiny Bromptons and Bob Seger was unmatched. McD was a skilled, consummate mechanic, a passionate cyclist and a loyal friend. One of the most loyal humans I've ever known. We are heartbroken by this loss.
