We had a great time training and learning at this year’s JKA Wf America National camp and tournament. Many thanks to all of our fellow karateka from our parent dojo and all the family that supports what we do.

Beginners only karate classes start this Friday, June 7th! From 4-5pm, kids ages 5-10 will learn many skills this summer, including self defense, plyometric exercises, kumite techniques, and new katas! They will also have the opportunity to practice matchplay at the end of the 3 months! Come join us for our Summer Special discount!

We had three of our youngest members compete this past Sunday at the ISKC Chicago Classic Tournament in Hoffman Estates IL. Combined, they were able to bring back a Bronze in Kihon, Bronze in Kumite, Silver in Kata and our first ever Gold in Kata. Congratulations to all the competitors and a BIG thank you to their fellow dojo mates, parents, Senpais and Sensei from !

Time to get regular.
