Trodo exists to positively change people's lives by creating and strengthening communities dedicated to fitness. Trodo has three primary areas of focus.
We work with CrossFit affiliates to strengthen the CrossFit community by delivering ongoing series of team events for athletes at all skill levels.
We partner with workplaces to create fitness communities, facilities and programs to optimize participation, workplace camaraderie, productivity and health.
We partner with youth organizations and CrossFit affiliates to create fitness communities and programs to drive youth participation and long-term commitment to fitness and health.
