Delayed Gratification is the appropriate word of the week for the conclusion of the Spring Semester. Today did not disappoint with plenty of personal success stories to finalize. Michele and Tim passing their yardage - Debbie, Daniel and Alaina with personal best scores - Kristin hitting eight greens in regulation - Roam setting a new personal best for GIR. My favorite quote from today, “I feel like a little kid with excitement for passing my yardage!”

Congratulations everyone for achieving your personal successes throughout the semester!!!!!! We will see you in June for the start of the Summer Semester.

What a drizzly ☔️ day of weather - though a lot of great stories today!!! Debbie goes back to back events passing her yardages, Alaina set her personal best score, Daniel made a 2 from the red tee box on hole 3, Michele hit her most greens in regulation and Kristin hit all nine holes in regulation!!! What great improvements made by all - KEEP IT UP!!!!

What a way to kick off the season!!! The 🌧️ held off and 💨 ...well what can you say - it’s the Gorge. Congratulations to Debbie for passing her yardage on the very first attempt! Michele with a personal best score after a year+ lay off and Tim shooting his personal best score! So many great stories from everyone today about their round and where they improved. Keep up the great work everyone!!!

Of course the last skill event of the season, we see the traditional PNW weather arrive 🌧️ 🌧️ 💨 💨 ! Congratulations to John and Cash for passing their yardage. As well personal best scores by Gabrielle, Tracy, TJ and Harper. The weather was a significant challenge today. What a way to finish the semester!

The FINAL event of the semester and the traditional 💨 💨 💨 showed up for our rounds. Congratulations to Gabrielle for passing her yardage along with Molly, Michael, Karen, TJ, Kylen, AJ, and Julia for shooting their Personal Best Scores!!!!
The final tests for the semester are during your next classes, make sure you are prepared for your last class of the semester.
I am so very proud to see everyone’s improvements over the semester. WAY TO GO EVERYONE!!!!
