I still see this far too often in the gym. Don’t just jump in from one limb/side to the other when doing unilateral movements. If the set is difficult, you should be pretty tired after it. Even if the muscle is fresh, your CNS and cardiovascular system isn’t. Take a bit before jumping back in. At least 1-1.5 minutes if you’re in a rush. Cheers y’all

Lot of factors come into play when it comes to growing muscle; however, few are relevant if we never produce adequate stimulus for growth. So, train hard, train close to failure, and enjoy your gains

Friendly reminder for some of you going into a cut these next few weeks. Not rocket science, but this is why you may feel as though you hit a wall in some of your lifting sessions. This will be more apparent in intermediate to advanced lifters, as beginner lifters will most likely still see decent gains even with suboptimal macronutrient profiles in their diets. Just don’t be shocked if you stop progressing as fast, especially if you do a steep deficit

I’d rather you start at 10 MPH, work up to 20, then 30, and then 40 etc than come out of the gate 0-100 and burnout. That’s not sustainable. I hope you all succeed with your resolutions, but odds are you had resolutions in years past that failed. Probably because of making too stark of a change too quickly. Get comfortable with being uncomfortable in the change you’re promoting for yourself, be consistent with it and the results will come.
