June is here and our summer schedule is packed with Mahjong! ☀️

From Mahjong 101 and 102 classes to Open Play, leagues, Mini-Mahjer, and our new Beginner Strategy Class, there are plenty of ways to get tiles in your hands this month.

Whether you're learning for the first time, looking for more practice, or ready to sharpen your skills, we'd love to see you at the parlor.

Ready to stop guessing and start playing with confidence?

Our Beginner Strategy Class is designed for players who know the basics of American Mahjong and are ready to level up their game. We’ll start with a strategy discussion covering the concepts that can change how you think at the table, then move into Open Play so you can put it all into practice right away!

To celebrate one amazing year of Mahjong in Chicago, we’re hosting a FREE Birthday Open Play at the parlor!🤍

We’ll have beginner and intermediate/advanced tables, birthday treats, raffles during each session, and lots of Mahjong with our favorite people.

• 1:30–3:00 PM
• 3:30–5:00 PM

Mini Mahjer Family Class is here 💚

A beginner mahjong class designed for kids + adults to learn and play together at Lily Pad Mahjong Parlor. Perfect for families, grandparents, aunts, uncles, family friends, or anyone wanting to introduce a kiddo to mahjong in a fun and approachable way.

Open to ages 7+
Thursdays from 2–4 PM
June 11th + 25th
July 23rd

All attendees must have a ticket. Every child attending must come with an adult, and every adult attending must come with a child.
