Northside Out Chicago VBC was established to provide an opportunity for young female athletes to develop their volleyball skills and abilities, to teach the principles of teamwork and sportsmanship, to compete in a setting that encourages excellence in individual and team achievement, leading to a life-long love for volleyball.
