What my clients and I’ve been up to since January👇🏻

Just wrapped up my 2nd transformation challenge for my coaching called Project 120 that lasted 4 months

It was incredibly rewarding to see how many people I’ve helped on such a personal level which opened my eyes on how we are all more alike than different with the same obstacles we face in life (there’s really a solution for every problem lol)

I couldn’t be happier with the progress all my clients have made and excited to share the rest in the coming weeks!

Congratulations to these top 3, they truly earned it and were voted by the rest of my community 🏆🧧

In my late 20s, I’ve learned it’s much easier to stay lean when you buy almost the same things every month (saves time grocery shopping too)

Great to fit into your macros as well if you use stew meat over short ribs

Some of my favorite items you should try at Hmart 🙌🏻

Some Asian items at Costco that should make dieting a bit easier this summer 🤝🏻

It’s never too late to get back on track

Too many temptations at Hmart so make sure you always shop on a full stomach 💀

Easy trick to use on your next grocery run to see if an item is ACTUALLY high in protein

Simply remove the last digit in the calories then compare with the amount of protein it’s listed

The same or higher = ☑️
ex. 200 calories should be 20g+ protein

I wouldn’t follow this as a strict hard rule for buying groceries but if the intention behind the item you’re purchasing is for high protein then this is a great way to quickly know
