At our practice, self-compassion is the heart of our work.

We believe healing begins when individuals learn to speak to themselves with kindness, challenge emotional stagnation, and create healthier internal narratives that support emotional well-being

Motherhood is often celebrated for its strength, sacrifice, and unconditional love, but we rarely talk about the invisible emotional burden many women carry every day.
Behind the smiles, routines, achievements, and responsibilities, many mothers silently struggle with:
• guilt for resting
• pressure to be “perfect”
• emotional exhaustion
• burnout from constantly putting themselves last
This Mother’s Day, we wanted to share a different message:
You deserve care too.
You do not need to earn rest.
You do not need to suffer silently to prove your love.
And you do not need to carry everything alone.
When women prioritize their mental health, set healthy boundaries, and practice self-compassion, the next generation learns that self-worth matters too.
Take a moment to swipe through these reminders and reflect:
Which message resonated with you the most?
If someone in your life needs this reminder today, please share this post with them. ❤️

Motherhood is beautiful.
But sometimes it’s also exhausting, overwhelming, and emotionally heavy. 🤍

As Mother’s Day approaches, I wanted to start this conversation early, because many moms silently carry guilt, burnout, pressure, and anxiety while trying to take care of everyone else.

This reel is a reminder that:
✨ Rest is necessary
✨ Boundaries are healthy
✨ Asking for help is strength
✨ Self-care is not selfish

Over the next few days, I’ll also be sharing a series of empowering awareness posters inspired by this message.

To every mom out there:
You deserve care too. 🌸

You don’t need more discipline—you need more support.

In a world that rewards constant productivity and “pushing through,” many professionals are silently carrying stress, burnout, and emotional overload. It’s not that you don’t care about your mental health… it’s that life hasn’t made space for it.

That’s where virtual therapy meets you exactly where you are—busy schedule, real responsibilities, and all.

If you’ve been telling yourself “I’ll deal with it later,” this is your reminder: later doesn’t have to mean breaking point.

Not all sadness is the same—and understanding the difference matters.

While down moods can come and go, clinical depression is deeper, longer-lasting, and can impact every part of daily life. Recognizing the signs is the first step toward healing and support.

If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, or disconnected for more than a couple of weeks, know that you’re not alone—and help is available.

Taking care of your mental health is not a weakness, it’s a priority. 🤍

Even therapists need a reset 🤍

We hold space for others every day… but that doesn’t mean we stop needing space for ourselves.

This time in Sedona was a reminder that healing isn’t a destination—it’s a practice. Stepping away, slowing down, being in nature, and listening inward uncovered layers that were ready to be seen, felt, and released.

Doing “the work” isn’t just something we guide others through—it’s something we commit to ourselves, over and over again.

You are allowed to pause.
You are allowed to reset.
You are allowed to meet yourself in new ways, no matter how much you’ve already grown.
