Me and CeCe are rotating Volume and Strength days. We’re looking to gain some lean muscle now since she lost close to 20lbs. Today was a full body volume day. Try it for yourself

If you’re wondering if it’s easy, it’s not. But it’s also not all that hard when you change your mind set and lock in 🤞🏿 That’s what did and now she’s about 25lbs lighter and A lot of inches down, From May 2023 to now September 2023 ( Really August if we bein’ honest)
✅ 2-3x Strength Focused Training with me.
✅ 3+ Cardio Days on her own.
✅ Overall cleaner diet with a focus on increasing her protein
Look, what you want requires attention and some type of sacrifice. Nothing noteworthy happens on accident. I’m just glad understood these things and put in the work for her goals. AND was very coachable by allowing me to make changes to her plan and getting on it right away
Like I always say, it was all her work! I just served as a guide to get her from where she was where she is now and where she’s going! 💪🏿💪🏿💪🏿

Temi came in ready to work and crush her goals. It might not seem super drastic but it’s 16lbs that she don’t have to worry about anymore.
I’ve watched her put in work day on and day out. She even made it to doing two workouts a day.
3x a week strength/circuit training with me and cardio in the midday and days without me.
Her biggest set back was her sugar consumption. Whilst she didn’t quit sugars all the way she found a “healthy balance” for her and I was not opposed to it.
Like I always say, it was ALL her. I just served as her guide to get her to a new level. Can’t wait to see what happens next.

We all start “working out” for 1 reason or another, but I can say with absolute certainty that the goals we have aren’t aligned with the real reasons we “workout”
Most people workout to fight various things like overwhelming emotions due to a breakup… low confidence… low self esteem and the list goes on.
It’s usually not until you get deeper in to your fitness journey that you realize that you really just need and want to Just better yourself.
This is not to say that you can workout for those reasons but the sooner you are able to address them then the better your fitness journey will be.
