but one of the reasons being, they will continue to the right coach will continue to challenge you to do things not even you thought it was possible until you do it.
They know your strength and your abilities before you do.
When you finally do lift that weight or conquer that exercise without pain, they saw that future as a possibility for you and helped you to make it a reality.
