Chillicothe Flamingos Baseball

Sunday marks the day… we are excited to debut our new “Strawberry Banana” alternate Jerseys! Gametime is at 6:00pm at Paint Valley High School.

It’s game week! THE Chillicothe Flamingos (1-1) play the Mill City Isotopes this Sunday at 6pm. Field location is TBD.

I encourage all of you around the league to join us, the Chillicothe Flamingos Baseball in supporting and showing your love to the friends and family of Maddie Andrews. An unfortunate and tragic loss of life that has affected so many people.

Any amount will help them through this difficult time. We have plans in the works to make Sundays game against the Swamp Cats a special one for Maddie. Plans will be announced later this week but for now please keep Maddie, and her family and friends in your prayers. 🩷🫶

Sundays are for Gamedays 🦩 today THE Chillicothe Flamingos take on the Southern Ohio SwampCats at noon. We plan to swim through the swamp and come out on top. 🦩🦩

Today… we feel sadness and hurt for the Marysville Community right now. This feels far from Chillicothe but two current players are born and raised in Marysville so it feels close to home for all of our players. We will be dedicating this weeks game to Maddie. Donations to the parents of Maddie are encouraged but not required, if any team from the Southern Ohio Adult Baseball League would like to donate you can. Our guys will be wearing a Jersey, in the meantime let’s pray: Today we pray for a beautiful soul who has gained her wings too soon. Though our hearts are heavy with pain and sadness, we trust that You welcomed her into Heaven with open arms. As she takes her leap into eternal peace, surround her with Your light, love, and comfort.
Lord, watch over her family and everyone who loved her. Give them strength for the difficult days ahead, comfort them in moments of grief, and remind them they are never alone. Wrap Your arms around them when the hurt feels unbearable and fill their hearts with peace that only You can give.
Help us remember her smile, her kindness, and the memories she shared with us. Even though she is no longer here on earth, let her spirit continue to shine through the lives she touched.
May she rest peacefully in Heaven, free from pain, soaring high with her wings beside You forever. Amen.
