This case demonstrates what a large percentage of stalking victims claim, that even when facing additional prosecution - the offender does not stop the stalking activity. It's rare to find a stalker who actually admits it.

Sheriff David A. Clarke Jr. speaking to over 150 attendees at the 2015 ATAP-AZ 2-day Threat Conference.
