Memorial Day is more than a long weekend, bbq's, or a workout. 🇺🇸

Today we remember the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom. The Murph is a reminder that strength isn’t just built in the gym — it’s built through courage, sacrifice, and service.

Everyone thinks getting noticed or "rewarded" is the main reason for getting in shape.

Honestly, you shouldn't only be focused on what people will thonking of you.

Your main goal should be working to become the best version of yourself that you can be. Turn your weakness into strength.

We think fitness is only affects our body's?

Once you start a fitness program and stay consistent, you will find it seep out into all areas of your life.

Building the discipline to show up and do the work, realizing delayed gratification is the route to be in, trusting the process that the work you do will turn into results.

The Left is my Day 1 of my very first 75 hard(Before even thinking of becoming a Certified Personal Trainer) honestly i didn't like where i was at, and was slowly making the change, don't get me wrong this was a point in my life where I was happy to have lose a good amount of weight from my starting point.

The right is me today on Day 32 of my 3rd round of 75 Hard. Where i feel stronger. More confidence and overall just happy waking up to enjoy the challenges of the day.

Guess what, I wanted more.

Alot of people think the scale tells the whole story.

🚨Same weight in both photos.🚨

But consistency built more muscle, better habits, more confidence, and a stronger mindset

You don’t need to be perfect.

You just need to keep showing up. 🤘🏼

If you keep chasing what’s next…
you’ll miss what’s happening right now.

Yes the goal is always to be 1% better, but take the time to recognize how far you have come.

You're not the same person, you were a month ago, a year ago, and especially 5 years ago.

The choices you have made, the things you've sacrificed have both gotten you to where you are.

Take a moment to self reflect and enjoy yourself.

Be present. Become yourself. 🛤️🔥

Used to be intimidated by this machine…
