One of my favorite parts of running a business is getting to create.

Designing materials that reflect my voice and vision brings me so much joY and when I launched Advanced Leadership for Women, I knew I needed a team that could bring that vision to life.
Enter Edelmade, a Cincinnati-based branding studio run by the incredible husband-and-wife duo, Lauren and Mike Hauss. If you didn’t know, Lauren and I go way back, I was her HR manager during our GE days. When I made the leap into coaching, Lauren was one of the first people I called. She helped me build the first Curated Coaching Brand, and she’s been helping shape my branding voice ever since—eight years and counting.
From logos to color palettes to full-on brand guides, they’ve supported every chapter of my growth as a coach and business owner. So when I shared my vision for Advanced Leadership for Women—and what I wanted to design for my website and in the world—they were all in.
