The weather looks like it’s going to turn out good for our first Tween Night of the season! Get the kids out from under your hair and send them our way. Incoming 5-8th graders. Members and non members welcome! $10/person at the door. See you there!

Suns out, guns (and buns!) out! 🤗Mark your calendars, friends! Mercy Health Plex trainers are coming to get.us. moooovin in the water! Don't be intimidated, take it at your own speed! The goal is to laugh and have fun while doing low impact cardio! Intro week is $5 to gage interest! I'M SO EXCITED FOR THIS.
