Personal training and small group classes servicing the Cincinnati area. Small group personal training sessions allow 6-12 clients to work in a group setting.

ACE certified personal trainer, Teri Koroman, that can travel to your home or you can come to mine. I individualize each workout for the client, and we work on health and fitness goals during our one-one-one sessions. I will come to your home, business, school, or church and set up stations for the group, utilizing core exercises and functional training. Clients in the group enjoy encouraging each other during these sessions, which creates a great team-building atmosphere.

We completed another 10 miles at the TVT hiking challenge this past Saturday. We took another route and enjoyed the beauty of a part of this park that we hadn't seen. Local man biking coast-to-coast to raise money for breast cancer 02/28/2024

My client, and good friend, Jim Wilz will be heading on an amazing biking journey this weekend for six weeks. He will bike 2,900 miles across the USA starting this weekend. He will start in San Diego, CA and will end in St. Augustine, FL. He is riding for the challenge, but also to support Move Beyond Surviving. His wife , Melissa, was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2021, and is now happily cancer free, so he wanted to support this cause.
