University of Cincinnati Rowing

Last Saturday, Indiana hosted Cincinnati for the Inaugural Bison-Bearcat Brawl. IU won the Men’s 8+ Blade and UC won the Women’s 8+ Blade.

Thank you to the Indiana parents who graciously fed our team breakfast and lunch! Thank you IURC for hosting and can’t wait until next year.

Additional results:
IU took the win in the Men’s Novice 4+ with UC responding back with a win in the Women’s 4+. W1x, W2- and M2x races a GMS race with W1x closest to GMS and W2- with the raw win and bragging rights over the men.

This past Sunday UCRC turned around for a back-to-back and raced at The Inaugural Cincinnati Sculling & Collegiate Regatta hosted by Queen City Rowing Club who’s putting on of the event was an inspired neo-revival of the historic Cincinnati Regatta of rowing’s past!
Looking forward to seeing this event grow, thank you Murray State Crew and Ohio U Crew for throwing down with us!

This past Saturday, UCRC raced at The Inaugural Ohio Cup race hosted by Miami University Rowing Club.
The team entered 9 crews in 8 events, won 7 of them as well as the Ohio Cup itself!
Great way to start the season!
