This week our golfers have been working on improving their internal hip rotation to help eliminate sway in their swing ⛳️

Improving hip mobility and stability can help golfers stay more centered, rotate more efficiently, and create better control throughout the swing. Mobility + strength is the key. 💪

Strong knees start with smart prep 💪🦵

Before you jump into your workout, try these 4 exercises to get the knees warmed up and ready to move:

• Lateral walks with resistance
• Forward & backward walks with resistance
• TKE’s (Terminal Knee Extensions)
• Light cardio

Did you struggle with the Lower Quarter Rotation Test during your TPI screen? Stork Turns are a great exercise to help improve lower body stability, balance, and rotational control throughout the golf swing. ⛳️

This movement challenges your ability to separate upper and lower body motion while maintaining control through rotation — a key component for efficient swing mechanics and power transfer.

Demonstrated by Dawson McCulley, a certified TPI Level 1 Trainer, this drill is one of many exercises we use to help golfers move better and play better.

Kelly’s push-up progression from March ➡️ April ➡️ May 👏

Not only has she gotten stronger, but her push-up form has improved tremendously over the last few months. Better control, stronger positioning, and more confidence with every rep 💪
