It was on this day in 1931, on Christmas Eve, that Paramahansa Yogananda conducted the first SRF all-day Christmas meditation at the Self-Realization Fellowship International Headquarters. This commemoration marked the beginning of an annual tradition at all SRF temples, centers, and ashrams.

This much-cherished event is held every December 23 at the SRF ashrams and on an earlier Saturday in December for SRF temples, centers, and groups around the globe. This year the meditation for members and friends worldwide was on December 13, livestreamed from the Self-Realization Fellowship temple in San Diego, California. Today…. We come together and remember we are all one.

As we come to this threshold in human history, there is a rising within so many of us, who feel we came to anchor in the light of our souls and to be a force for good. We came to bring heaven on earth.That starts with a remembering of who we are as humans. We are the light workers, the star seeds, the children of the Supreme, the stewards of the Earth.

We are meant to be united in a truth that, sets one free to be the full embodiment of LOVE. LOVE is kind; LOVE is compassion in action. What happens to one of us, happens to us all.
We are one in the heart of LOVE. ❀️

Today, there is a rising and a call to action to honor the sacred in all life. We rise to protect the most vulnerable, the most needy and those who suffer. We rise to honor our planet and nature, the sacred waters, the animals and to remember, this planet is ours to protect and serve.

We rise to stand strong in our knowing and to be a part of the thread of life, to weave a great tapestry of beauty and diversity, with respect for true power, which is in the light of the individual sacred heart and the cosmic breath we breathe.

Today, is only the beginning of our solidarity in action to reclaim our sovereignty, We move in service to the Supreme light as we restore dignity and honor everyone.

Today we align with grace and move in solidarity with common purpose and needs and desires for freedom and to live.

Today, we are one heart, heading the call to serve LOVE ❀️
