A huge client in for ! 💪
Michele has been a client for many years and has been training with Mitch for almost two years. They focus on the following:
⚡️We focus on independent arm and leg movements for balance and stabilization.
⚡️A 3day split of dedication.
⚡️The program consists of a leg day a upper body push pull and a focus on core. She puts in the hard work and we diligently track reps and pounds for progressive overload.
