I'll never forget where the journey started - more than two years ago at Crunch Fitness at "The Heart Of It All", Cincinnati OH.

Fresh into probation and outpatient rehab for drinking, my life had changed for the better. I had people surrounding me at work that believed in me and where I could go.

Now, from Crunch, to traveling sales, to LA, finally stepping into my own. Let's keep it moving.

90 days with this guy and this is thw result!! His strength improvements, weight loss, and overall posture and confidence has been awesome to see.
I'll miss working with you man!
