What an incredible weekend for our **Ohio Hawks 9U** girls! To help raise the pot for the **Reinhardt Fire Fundraiser**, our squad split into two teams and ended up head-to-head in a special benefit game.

RESULT: 0VER $5000 RAISED ON THE WEEKEND

These girls poured their absolute hearts into every inning, showing exactly what sportsmanship and community spirit look like. We also want to give a massive shout-out to the friends from other teams who stepped up to join us—your help made this event even more special! 🙌

Talk about **HEART!** ❤️ Our **9U Ohio Hawks** didn't just play up in the **10U B-Class** division this weekend—they outlasted the elements and the clock! ⛈️❄️

These girls battled through **freezing rain** all evening and didn't step off the dirt until their Championship game finally wrapped up after **1:00 AM!** 🕐😴 To play at that level, under those conditions, against older teams at the **3x points Annual Autism Awareness Tournament** in Lexington, KY, is nothing short of legendary. 🧩🦅

We walked away as the **Runner-Up**, but these girls proved they have the toughness of seasoned pros. Determination, hot chocolate, and pure Hawk pride got us through! 🦅💪🔥

​What a weekend for the Ohio Hawks 9U! 🦅

​They say character isn't built in the easy moments—it’s built in the trenches. Our girls started the tournament facing some serious adversity with an early loss, but they didn't let that define their weekend. Instead, they used it as fuel.

​After that rocky start, the girls locked in and went on an absolute tear, finishing the weekend with a 5-1 record and a first-place trophy! 🏆

​The Setback: Opening the season with a tough loss and some early-season jitters.

​The Grind: Every single player faced their own individual challenges and struggles on the field this weekend.

​The Growth: We watched this team find their groove game by game, inning by inning.

What an absolutely INCREDIBLE day for our Ohio Hawks 9U team! These young ladies showed up and showed out today, taking on two tough 10U teams and completely dominating the field! 🥎🦅

Not only did they go undefeated, but they absolutely outscored their opponents and delivered a complete shutout against BOTH teams! That's right, two shutouts in one day! 🚫 runs scored against us!

Our defense and pitching were absolutely PHENOMENAL today, making incredible plays and keeping the pressure on. And let's talk about our aggressive offense – it was powerful and relentless, putting runs on the board when it mattered most! 💪

We are so incredibly proud of these young ladies. Their hard work, teamwork, and determination shine through every single game. This Ohio Hawks 9U Softball team is something special!

We're beyond excited for what the spring season has to offer with this amazing group. Get ready for more excitement!

These young athletes stepped up huge in the final push against Tennessee MOJO 2034-Smallwood (W 12-1), Ky Freedom 2034 (W 6-2), and Alpha Softball (W 7-3) Their plays on the field was absolutely essential to sealing that Championship win!
