You do not have a 6-week problem.
You have a 2-3 year expectation or (even longer) packed into 6 weeks.
That lean, muscular, “ripped” look you see online was not built by casually working out for a month or two.
It was built over YEARS.
Years of consistent training.
Years of intentional nutrition.
Years of progressively getting stronger.
Years of repeating the basics.
But here’s the part people miss:
You do not have to live in the gym.
You do not need to train 6 days a week for 2 hours a day.
You need habits you can actually sustain.
Three solid workouts every week for years will take you a lot further than an extreme plan you can only follow for 6 weeks.
The same goes for nutrition.
You do not need to eat perfectly.
You do not need to eliminate every food you enjoy.
You do need to be intentional and consistent enough for your habits to match your goals.
You cannot train randomly, ignore your nutrition, and expect to get extremely lean.
Training builds the muscle.
Nutrition helps reveal it.
Consistency is what makes both of them work.
Can you make progress in 6 weeks? Absolutely.
But the physique you’re comparing yourself to probably took years to build.
Stop looking for the fastest plan.
Build a routine you can still be doing a year from now.
