Classes are held Tuesday and Thursday at Prime Fitness located at 905 Max Court.

Congratulations to Chuck Farmer on his promotion to Black Belt. We are very proud of his hard work and dedication to reaching this goal. This is another first for us since it is the first Black Belt awarded since our move to Prime Fitness in January. The move has been good and the future looks bright.

Congratulations to Shea West who received the Platinum Club plaque in recognition of outstanding class attendance for 2025.

The annual KMA Awards presentation was held this past Saturday at the First Christian Church on Madison St. The awards are given for good class attendance, performance in class and finishing requirements in a timely manner throughout the year. Congratulations to this year's recipients,

Congratulations to Colin McPherson and Natalie Jayaraman the first two students to be receive belt promtions at our new location. The move has been successful and we very much appreciate everyone at Prime Fitness for making us feel welcome and providing us with a great facility where we can continue teaching and training future black belts,

Kudos to all of the students who braved the cold last night to come to class. There was a lot of energy in the building and lots of good kumite matches. Have a great weekend. Hope to see everyone back next week.
