How do you build confidence in divers?
🤙Baby steps.🤙
We start with learning, either E-learning (mostly) or in classroom.
Then, we re-iterate what we learned with our experienced and knowledgeable instructors.
Then, we start in a pool to get everyone use to the feeling of breathing underwater. We learn skills to minimize potential problems.
Finally, we go to the quarry to establish all of the skills we learned in the pool.
Our goal is for each student to gain a mastery of these skills. 🤿
