⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
✦ 8 oz unsweetened almond milk
✦ 1/2 cup sliced strawberries
✦ 1 cup frozen riced cauliflower
✦ 2 tbsp raw cashews
✦ 1 splash vanilla extract
✦ 1/4 tsp lemon zest (optional)
✦ 1 scoop of strawberry protein powder
𝗗𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀
1. Blend all ingredients together until smooth and enjoy!
2. For Pops - divide into freezer-safe ice pop molds and place in freezer for at least 6 hours or until frozen and enjoy!

Don't let the busy schedule and stress bring you down during the holidays.
👉🏼Stick to your schedule of implementing healthy habits daily
1. Don't skip meals
2. Drink water with every meal and snack
3. Bring a dish that meets your health goals
4. Swap out unhealthy ingredients for healthy -
Example: low fat sour cream instead of full fat
5. Stay consistent with your workout schedule.
Don't have your gym? Drop in or bring a weighted vest to walk in.
There is no need to completely "fall off" during the holidays. Make a plan and stick to it.

🥞▪️1 cup egg whites▪️3/4 cup pumpkin puree▪️1 scoop Ascent vanilla protein powder▪️2 tbsp milled flax▪️2 tbsp organic honey▪️1/8 tsp ginger▪️1/4 tsp nutmeg▪️2/3 tsp cinnamon▪️1/2 tsp pumpkin spice▪️1/4 tsp baking soda𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬▪️Mix pumpkin and egg whites very well, then add in the honey▪️Mix all dry ingredients together (ie: protein powder and spices)▪️Heat pan to low-medium heat and coat with coconut oil (spray)▪️Pour batter to make 4-5 inch round pancake▪️Once there are bubbles, flip and cook the other side▪️Pancakes are done when golden brown
