RELEASE. TRANSFORM. SOAR.

It’s easy to keep carrying things because you care deeply and feel responsible for everything.

But not everything is yours to carry. Sometimes faith looks like releasing what you cannot control and trusting God with what comes next.

Sometimes the clarity you’re looking for doesn’t come from someone giving you the answer.

It comes from being willing to ask yourself the right questions, sit with them, and discover what you already know deep down.

The right questions can change everything.

You are not behind.

You are learning, growing, and becoming. Stop comparing your timeline to someone else’s and give yourself permission to experience the season you’re in.

There is still so much ahead of you.

Sometimes you don’t need someone to tell you what to do.

You just need a safe space to think out loud, ask the hard questions, and hear your own thoughts clearly.

The right support doesn’t make decisions for you—it helps you find clarity within yourself.

It’s easy to say yes to every opportunity because you don’t want to miss out or disappoint anyone.

But not every opportunity is meant for you. Wisdom is knowing what deserves your time, energy, and obedience—and having the courage to say no to the rest.

Women are often taught to be strong, composed, and resilient in environments where they don’t always feel safe enough to be fully themselves.

That’s where psychological safety matters.

Psychological safety is the feeling that you can speak up, ask questions, share ideas, admit mistakes, and be authentic without fear of being punished, embarrassed, or dismissed.

And when that safety is missing, you may see women—especially Black women—develop a tougher exterior just to navigate the room.

But strength and softness can coexist.

When leaders create environments where people feel respected, heard, and safe to be authentic, they don’t just get compliance. They get the whole person—their ideas, creativity, honesty, leadership, and perspective.

Sometimes the “soft side” isn’t missing. It’s simply waiting for a safe place to show up.

Disrespect can teach you how to become stronger without changing the kind of person you are.

You can stand up for yourself, set boundaries, and protect your peace without becoming bitter or becoming someone you’re not.

It’s okay if you don’t have all the answers right now.

You don’t need to see the whole path before you begin. Sometimes faith is simply trusting God enough to take the next step, even when you can’t see what comes after it.

Thank you for everything, Dolly. ❤️📚

I have always loved the voice, the hair, the rhinestones, and the music. But what I have always admired about Dolly Parton is that she understood something much deeper. Literacy changes lives.

She started the Imagination Library because her own father could not read or write. What began in a small Tennessee community became a movement that put books into the hands of millions of children.

And that matters.

Because before children can build a different life, sometimes they have to be able to imagine one.

Books let children travel before they have money. Dream before they have opportunity. Meet people they have never met. See places they have never been. And discover possibilities nobody around them may have ever shown them.

That is the power of literacy.

Thank you, Dolly, for understanding that giving a child a book is never just giving them a book.

You gave them somewhere to go.

You gave them something to dream about.

You gave them permission to imagine. ❤️

You can love someone deeply without taking responsibility for their choices, emotions, or consequences.

Sometimes loving people well means giving them the space to grow, learn, and carry what belongs to them.

Stepping back isn’t always rejection. Sometimes, it’s wisdom.
