Your gift of discerning of spirits must be high in this season. Smiling faces tell lies, test the spirit!!!! The spirit never lies.

RELEASE. TRANSFORM. SOAR.
There’s something really powerful about watching women stop feeling guilty for protecting their peace.
Not every boundary is harsh.
Not every “no” is mean.
And not every decision needs to be explained.
Sometimes growth looks like finally choosing yourself without apologizing for it.
If you’re in a season of learning how to set healthier boundaries, protect your energy, and lead from a whole place instead of exhaustion, DM me “COACH” to book your free call.

I remember sitting in my car after a long work day realizing…
Leadership was draining me because I kept trying to emotionally carry everyone around me.
That was the moment I learned:
Being compassionate doesn’t mean abandoning yourself.
For a long time, I thought leadership meant always being available.
Always helping.
Always carrying.
Always understanding.
Always making space for everyone else emotionally.
And while compassion is beautiful, I eventually realized I was slowly abandoning myself in the process.
I was emotionally exhausted not because I lacked capacity, but because I never gave myself permission to have boundaries.
One thing I’ve learned in this season is that healthy leadership requires emotional stewardship.
You cannot constantly pour from yourself while ignoring what your own mind, body, and spirit are asking for.
Being compassionate does not mean overextending yourself until you disappear.
Sometimes maturity looks like:
resting
saying no
disappointing people
protecting your peace
allowing others to carry their own emotional responsibility
And honestly?
That shift changed the way I lead, work, and live.
If you’re in a season where leadership, business, or life feels emotionally heavy, this is exactly the kind of inner work I help women navigate through my coaching process.

Healing teaches you to stop carrying what was never yours to carry.
There was a season where I overexplained myself, stayed quiet to avoid conflict, and felt responsible for everyone else’s comfort. I thought it was compassion, but it was exhausting me.
Growth means realizing the healed version of you will not always be received the same way the self-abandoning version was.
You are not mean for becoming more honest.
You are not difficult for becoming more clear.
