Low back feeling tight or stiff? Slow spinal rotation can help bring movement and release tension in the muscles surrounding the spine and hips.

This prone twist is one of my favorite ways to decompress the low back after long days of sitting, training, or simply carrying stress in the body.

Move slowly, breathe deeply, and don’t force the stretch. Your body will open up with consistency. ✨

Hold for 30–60 seconds each side.

A reminder that yoga was never meant to be about being the most flexible person in the room or doing the fanciest pose on the internet.

Yoga can be messy. Humbling. Healing. Strengthening. Quiet. Challenging. Different every single day.

Some days your practice feels strong.
Some days it’s just breathing and stretching on the floor for 10 minutes.

Both count.

The longer I practice, the more I realize yoga is less about “performing” and more about learning how to connect with yourself a little better each day.
