Elliott's Park was founded in 2007 in memory of a chocolate Labrador Retriever named "Elliott".

The park is privately developed and maintained and open to the public.

Amazing chainsaw carving by Jeff Pinney of Jones Mills, PA. This nearly 18 Foot Totem Pole symbolic of the wildlife of the Susquehanna River Basin and Elliott was placed May 31, 2012.

Recently a chainsaw carved relaxed grizzly bear was added to the Park. This bear was carved by very talented Sara Winter of Vail Mills, New York.
