All the benefits that came from this morning’s Rungo Dance Fit class at 8:30Clearwater Dance Depot. We were able to stretch and move our bodies for an elevated amount of time. We were able to get our heart rates elevated and build positive endorphins firing off in our hearts and our bodies.

I was able to witness amazing, undoubted, progress from students who have been making leaps in their respective dance journeys.

We were successful in listening to beautiful music. One of our Twinklers participated In class. A musical breakthrough occurred…..Wow!

Waiting for my gals and dudes!!

We have been attracting men to the RDF classes. I am watching magic materialize right in front of my face. Persistence is the key; pushing through the uncomfortable and the unknown and persevering to the other side. I am witnessing gentleman gain control of their bodies. They are relinquishing the ego. I am watching them find their expressive arms, their pointing of the toes and their shifting of the hips. It is quite amazing. I have been witnessing this amongst women for 30 years but now it is really starting to resonate into the leader category; which has always been my intent.

I am working on producing many dancing men in the area so
women can dance with men who can lead confidently, gently and masterfully. If you know a gentleman who would like to learn to dance, please send him my way.
