After working outside in this heat, a nice snack of chilled chia seed pudding is in order!! I 'spice' mine up with a little doTERRA Lime Essential Oi. It adds a refreshing spin to it plus it helps support healthy immune function and has that stimulating aroma! :)

Simple Chia Seed Pudding
- 1 1/2c vanilla almond milk
- 1/3c chia seed (approx)
Put in a glass jar, swirl it to mix (seeds stick to the spoon), refrigerate for up to an 1hr, stir in 1-2 drops of doTERRA lime essential oil (considered safe for dietary use) and enjoy!

Caution: The seeds may cause ill effects if you have certain digestive issues, please check with your doctor first.

Something simple...
My husbands iron had this sticky residue all over the handle and k***s. I grabbed my FCO (fractionated coconut oil) and my trusty Lemon EO. I diluted it so the lemon EO wouldn't hurt the plastic. I rubbed it on, used the scrubby side of our kitchen sponge and promptly wiped off the residue!! 🍋
Lemon EO is great at helping remove stubborn, sticky residue from surfaces! 🍋
