So sorry for the delay everyone, but 2023 Preserve memberships are now available at MNPreserve.com. We had some large, unexpected expenses come up that threatened to put the Preserve in jeopardy. Thankfully, we came up with a solution that will allow us to stay for at least one more year! Gotta Go Gotta Throw has agreed to come on board and help us expand our pro shop in a huge way, creating much more variety and options for you all while taking on some of the risk with the place. We are so thankful for this and we are now on pace to rock it this year for our regular visitors and for the Preserve Championship!! Thank you to everyone who purchased memberships last month, that I had to refund because of the uncertainty. It has been quite a stressful time for us, but we’re so thrilled to be coming back in 2023! This is a huge year for us in determining our future, so if you love the Preserve as much as we do, please come out and visit us with a day pass or with a full membership. Managing a 170 acre disc golf paradise has been more rewarding than we could have imagined, but it has also been very tough to manage financially, especially with our expenses going up so drastically. But we are committed to not raising costs for you, and providing the best disc golf experience we know how. Thank you to all of our members from the past 3 years, and cheers to 2023!!

A huge thank you to James Ehlenz and EMI Audio for the amazing sound system for the Preserve Championship! KJ’s show was heard far and wide and the PA system for hole 1 was perfect. We’ll have to do something special for the Haunting event in October.. Thanks EMI!

Oh, how quickly Mother Nature takes back what is hers 🙂 This is a Lynx tee pad after not being thrown on for 3 weeks. All 3 courses are now back open at the Preserve!

This is the final week to get your crack at the mighty Black Bear this season!! Saturday, we will have the Preserve set back to our normal 3 course layout. Thank you to everyone who was come up and played the past couple of weeks. We have many lost discs in the pro shop that will get donated after Saturday!

The Preserve Championship has come and gone… But the Black Bear will remain in place for 2 more weeks. We understand that many of you want the opportunity to play after seeing the world’s best out there. Thank you to everyone who joined us at the event and helped it become the best ever!

4 more days.. The Preserve is now closed to the public until next Monday!! We will leave the Black Bear layout in for a couple of weeks after the event for those who haven’t tried it yet. For those of you who are spectating this weekend, see ya then!!

It’s all happening…. The Black Bear is available to the public today and tomorrow, and then closed all next week for the Preserve Championship. Come on out!

The Mighty Black Bear is now set up and ready for the World’s best! The layout for both MPO and FPO is up on UDisc. There are some changes to the course, especially the brand new hole 11! The course is open to the public this week and weekend and then closed all next week for the DGPT event. We will keep the Bear open for a week or two after the event so you can play after you watch the event in person or online and see how you compare to the elite. There are still a limited amount of spectator passes left, so make sure to grab one if you’re coming out. They’re not available at the gate! Enjoy and fare well!

The Airborn IPA is back for the Preserve Championship!! We have a limited number of cans that will only be available at the event. Thank you Hop and Barrel for working with us again, we love you!

The Airborn Preserve Rings are ready for both our Men and Ladies Champion. Yellow Gold and a single Diamond, thank you for your work and for being on site Championship Sunday to size these for our winners. We’re so excited to celebrate with everyone on June 26th! Starting tomorrow, May 31st we are switching to our summer hours for the Pro Shop. Adding to our regular Wednesday-Sunday hours, we will now also be open Monday and Tuesdays from 2-6 pm! All 3 courses are now open and we will switch to the Black Bear layout on Tuesday June 14th for a few weeks. See y’all soon!

The mighty Timberwolf is getting its final mow this afternoon and is now playable! Holes 3 and 7 are still a little wet in spots, but otherwise good to go. See y’all soon..

Spectator passes are almost gone….

This weekend, I have a bunch of new Prodigy discs about to release and they will be in the Pro Shop if you want to come and give them a whirl! They’re feeling pretttty good!

We are exactly one month away from the start of the 2022 Preserve Championships!! I can’t wait for you all to see the course changes and beauty we have in store for you this year. The water has gone down a lot the last couple of days and the Lynx is now back open!! Timberwolf still needs a couple of days. Red Fox and Lynx are both good to go! Have a good weekend everyone.

The mighty Mississippi has reached its peak level today, Timberwolf and Lynx will both be closed for the rest of the week. Red Fox is perfect like usual 🙂 The river should be going down quickly so we anticipate having all courses back open next week. We are thrilled to have so much water and fish in the ponds after the drought of last summer! Also, next week we are having a fish rescue for all of those that get trapped when the river goes back out. If you have a large fishing net and want to help out, we’d love to have you! More details soon, thanks!

The Preserve will be closed tomorrow, Thursday!! We got a freak storm that dumped 2 inches in about 2 hours today. We’re gonna let this place dry out and continue to green up tomorrow and we’ll be back open on Friday. Thanks everyone!

The Airborn Preserve lessons are now available! We have some awesome, knowledgeable teachers ready to help you succeed and have more fun on the course. We are to eager to provide instruction to disc golfers of all ages and skill levels. Whether you have just found the game and are looking into the basics of biomechanics, or have been playing for years and looking to get over the hump into the next division, we are eager to work with you. Individual or small group lessons are available for immediate booking with these instructors via email at [email protected] and we will also have a few days this summer where we do large group clinics! You may also sign up in the Preserve pro shop Wednesday thru Saturday. Thank you!

In the summer we have 5 ponds at the Preserve, but right now we have 20 🙂 I love spring. If you’re planning on coming up soon, make it this weekend! Perfect up here right now..

Spring has sprung and the Preserve pro shop is back open to regular hours Wednesday thru Sunday!! This year, the lost discs will be available at the Pro Shop. As we warm up a bit, we will be diving the ponds more regularly. I know I already have a couple in there.. Come on up!

Just a reminder, The Preserve is closed to the public this weekend!! We have our Earth Day event going on Saturday and Sunday. This is the only weekend we will be closed until The Preserve Championship in June. Sorry for any inconvenience! Oh, and Happy Earth Day to all!

The Preserve opens back up to the public this weekend!! The Pro Shop will be open from 9-3, Saturday and Sunday the first couple weeks until we open up to regular Wednesday thru Sunday pro shop hours starting on our first league day April 20th. If you come during the week, please drop your $10 daily fee into the drop slot on the side of the pro shop. Your 2022 custom membership hoodies will be available in the pro shop and if you would like to sign up for membership, you may do that in the pro shop too. Going to be a beautiful weekend, see you here!

Sorry to everyone for the late notice, but the Preserve will not open to the public this weekend as originally planned. These photos are from today, and there is still too much snow and wetness in spots. You can see the debris in the hanging basket because it was under water a few days ago. We will open to the public next Saturday, April 9th!! Until then, it is still open to members only. Thank you for respecting this and not coming out, the Preserve will look so much better this spring because of it. We will be working out here every day until then to make sure it does. Thank you, and see you soon. Also, the first day of league is Wednesday April 20th!!

Reminder: The Preserve does not open to the public until April 2nd!! Please respect this and do not attempt to play before then. We are re doing most of the tee pads and need to let these areas dry out before they are thrown on. Thank you so much, and we’ll see you soon!!
