Yoga means union. Union of the mind, body, and spirit. Through practicing yoga, you start to sync the three. Eventually, what you do on the mat will translate off the mat. You are present and intuitive, move with intention, act with integrity, and stand tall w honor for yourself and others.
What excuse is in your way? Set it aside and take time to fill your cup.

Why the name Renew? I believe all you need is a fresh mindset and a leap of faith to reset your ways. Wellness is a journey. Give yourself grace. Then trust the process.

Hey. Hi. Hello. I’m Angie, Renew Training’s most talented. Here’s my fit pro story! I’ve always loved fitness. Before I started working with a personal trainer at 13, I was the weirdo kid doing workout VHS tapes in my basement for fun. Being in shape but not hand-eye coordinated, I ran Cross Country at Cleveland State where I also got my degrees in Exercise Science. I’ve been teaching/training since 2012 keeping it fresh with a variety of one on ones, yoga events, boxing instruction, etc. Fave part of what I do? Building relationships with my clients while supporting them on the route to a healthier version of themself. You know...the renewed version. Photo credit:
