Week 1 in the books! Summer lacrosse is underway and we are excited to take the field.

Congratulations to BR/True Defensemen Eric Dubsky (27/Strongsville) on being named Co-GCC Player of the Year!

Awards like this don't happen by accident. They are earned through countless hours when nobody is watching, a commitment to getting better every day, and a willingness to do the little things that most people never see.

We are thrilled to see his effort recognized by the GCC coaches. This honor is well deserved and couldn't have happened to a better young man.

Congratulations, Eric. Enjoy it for a day or two. Then get back to work—we all know you're not done yet.

Congratulations to our coach BJ Jenkins and his team at Gilmore for a massive win last night over Wooster in the regional championship game. Wish his team luck for their state semi-final matchup versus Rocky River on June 2nd at 7pm!

Huge congratulations to True alum and coach Aiden Kavanagh (Hoover) on hitting 400 career points — currently sitting at 404 and officially becoming just the 6th player in Ohio history to reach that milestone.

Honestly, at this point defenses may want to consider filing a formal complaint.

What makes it even better is the type of person and teammate Aiden has always been. Great player, great coach, and one of the guys younger players actually should look up to instead of the kid on TikTok teaching head down dodging into traffic.
