Stop complaining and put in the WORK‼️S/O to for completing her last phase of training and increasing her vertical by another 2 inches! Talk about dedication, hard work, and consistency!!! I help take athletes to the next level but they must have the willingness to show up everyday ready to block out all outside noise, lock in, and work their asses off during each and every session. This ain’t no cake walk; it takes time to build an elite athlete but if you are willing to give it your all each and everyday you will soon reach that elite level. Tap in🌊📈🔥‼️

Are y’all ready to work today?!?!?! We are two hours away from the Live IG Trap Workout! I will be partnering with Mu Rho Chapter of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. for a virtual trap workout class on IG Live at 7:14 pm CST. Anyone can join this live workout session‼️ All you need is a pair of dumbbells (2 water bottles if no dumbbell) and H2O because we will be working up a sweat 🥵. We about to be litty lit! 🔥🔥
