The R&S page will serve as a tool to learn more about the benefits of swimming as well as view testimonials of others from beginner swimmers to more advanced competitive swimmers as they each embrace the techniques involved in the are of swimming. R&S Mommy and Me- provides basic survival techniques for infants, toddlers and pre-k children (Dads and Moms are welcome)

R&S Sport- provides techniques for those who need to use the water for rehabbing sore muscles and joints. Great for pre-and post surgical procedures , such as knee and hip

R&S AQUA HIIT- provides a high impact aqua aerobics and geared towards high caloric burn. R&S Private lessons- provides one on one training with Coach Andre.

A huge congratulations is in order for these historic champions! Practicing in a public indoor pool with missing lane dividers and sharing competition swimsuits, the Westside Aqua Ensemble faced endless skepticism in an aquatic sport historically dominated by elite private boarding schools. This past weekend at the national championships, their breathtaking three-minute choreography set to live orchestral brass and African percussion earned straight tens for synchronization and technical difficulty. They took home the national gold trophy in a clean sweep. Let’s celebrate these brilliant young athletes in the comments!
