4 exercises you can do to help with knee pain.⠀I recently injured my knee and have been using these to help me rehab. 1. Hip rotations: place a light circle band around your feet. Turn outwards from your thighs engaging your glutes to do so. Resist quick fast rotations from the ankle joint. Really try to have the movement come from your upper thigh.⠀2. Foot point and flex. You can do this against a light resistance band or without. As you can see in the video I am keeping my knee joint soft from hyperextending with a Franklin Peanut. You can also use a towel.⠀3. Ankle roll outs: These are great for strengthening your arch. Roll to the outer edge of your foot and curl your toes in, crunching your foot as strongly as you can, working the muscles of your arch.⠀4. Toe spreads: Great for countering the effects of wearing tight shoes and bring spread and functionality back to your foot⠀#kneepain #kneestrength #footstrength #foothealth #homeworkout 03/13/2023
