We are excited to announce that Shantee has officially rebranded as Hedgi! We look forward to sharing the story of Hedgi with all of you!

"Buti" is a Marathi Indian term for "The cure to something that has been hidden away or kept secret.” It is a powerful blend of tribal dance, primal movements, plyometrics, and Vinyasa style yoga. Buti Yoga is a practice of going within to discover your true power and full potential, becoming a cure for any previous disillusionment of fear, lack or weakness. This practice can be physically challenging, but it is all levels friendly and approachable. You begin where you are, with what you have. Through this journey, you learn acceptance, compassion and SELF LOVE!❤️
