Tyleatha Thurman-Equere is the name known for having an encouraging, empowering, and uplifting spirit. After facing several personal challenges and eventually losing my job in 2012, I decided it was time for things to change. I decided that I would become my own boss and turn my tough situation into a success full of positivity. I am the creator of several seminars, including Season for Separation and The Revenue Workshop, aimed at helping other women overcome obstacles and improve their lives and businesses. As a keynote speaker, I have also hosted and spoken at several events across the Metro Detroit area. I consider myself transparent and honest, and I’ll help you uncover possibilities by rewiring your thinking patterns to be able to make the most out of your opportunities. As a life coach, I always encourage my audience(s), leaving them inspired and ready to work to achieve their dreams. I am incredibly passionate about my community and enjoy helping and uplifting those around me. I am a seasoned serial entrepreneur who, after over eight years of experience owning several thriving businesses, including The Tax Geeks and Signature Pieces (Women’s Boutique), decided to create my own avenue of motivating other women to start living their best life. I found my niche in empowering women to be Reborn, Inspired, Confident, and Happy. R.I.C.H is a term I coined to help women understand that they too can still live a life that is “rich” and fulfilled, despite their current place in life or the difficult situations they may be going through. I use my past experience gained as an entrepreneur, real estate investor, and life and business coach, to guide people on how to tap into their inner excellence to navigate through life hurdles and accomplish life and business support. In 2017, I founded The Dreams to Build Foundation, where the goal is to help other women overcome their struggles, identify their goals, and teach them strategies to reach those goals on a personal & business level to live the lives they’ve always wanted. I am extremely passionate about being authentic in life and sharing my story with others. I want others to see how wonderful their lives could be with just a slight change of mindset.
