🐐💙 What a wonderful way to wrap up Week 3 at Blue Moon Stable Farm Camp!

This week was filled with animal snuggles, hands-on learning, creative projects, new friendships, meeting a new puppy in the Blue Moon Family, and plenty of unforgettable farm adventures. Thank you to all of our amazing campers for making each day so much fun!

🌻 We only have ONE WEEK of Farm Camp left this summer! If you’ve been thinking about joining us, now’s the time. We still have a few spots available, including FLEX day options if you can’t make the whole week.

🐐💙 Week 3 is flying by, and we’re having so much fun during our FLEX Week! From baby goat snuggles and picnic adventures to animal care, crafts, and hands-on learning, every day has been a little different!

🌻 Next week is our LAST week of Farm Camp for 2026! I still have a few spots available and will continue offering FLEX day registration, so you can join us for one day or the whole week.

Our Nigerian Dwarf goat, Parsley, surprised everyone by giving birth to QUADRUPLETS right in the middle of camp! 💕🐐🐐🐐🐐

Dear Farm Camp Parents,

I sincerely apologize if tonight’s dinner conversation includes questions about how the baby goats got in there. 😅 We couldn’t have planned a more authentic science lesson if we tried. We promise we kept it age-appropriate… I guess Mother Nature had her own lesson plan! 😂

Hi everyone!

We are closely watching the air quality because of the Canadian wildfire smoke. Farm Camp is still scheduled for tomorrow, but we will modify our activities as needed and spend more time in our air-conditioned classroom if air quality is poor.

If you would prefer to keep your child home, I completely understand and will allow you to transfer tomorrow’s camp day to an available day next week. I will check the local air-quality reading again in the morning and will notify everyone if conditions become unhealthy enough that camp needs to be postponed.

🌞 Farm Camp Week 1 Days 2 & 3 at Blue Moon Stable were packed with adventure!

This week our campers have been busy making memories from morning until afternoon. ❤️

🐐 Took our sheep and goats for walks on leashes.
🐱 Even our cat enjoyed a ride in a stroller (yes, really! 😄).
🎈 created balloon animals.
🌿 Propagated hydrangeas to take a little piece of the farm home. (Thank you Mrs. McNichol).
🐰 Spent lots of time cuddling bunnies, cats, chicks, chinchillas, and guinea pigs.
🪧 Created new signs for some of our farm animals.
🐢 Helped release our turtle into her brand-new outdoor enclosure.
🥪 Enjoyed a picnic lunch together.
🚜 Took a hay wagon ride to the alder stand.
🛁 Gave the miniature horses a well-deserved bath.
🥾 Made our own walking sticks and explored the beauty of nature.

One of the best parts of farm camp isn’t just the animals or the activities, it’s watching friendships grow, confidence build, and seeing kids slow down long enough to appreciate the little things around them.

We can’t wait to see what the rest of the week brings! 💙
