Merry Christmas from Elite Edge.
These kids are 1/2 way through the program and it’s pretty cool the strength, agility and progress they made.
Today’s fun factor was pull-ups 😊
Jack was 👑 but some tough chicks couldn’t be passed up ( Morgandee and Piper 👊🏼)

NEED for athlete: Core stability
Core stability is required in every sport, and needed for every movement of the spine and ultimately the whole body.
Developing core strength and stability enables athletes to maximize their power, speed and enhance game day performance.

Ever think of how an athlete runs and how important it is for an athlete to run correctly?
- Efficiency
- Increase speed
- Decrease injury
There are SO many components to an healthy runner
- ankle stability
- heel strike or for foot strike?
- stride length
- glute strength
- hip mobility
This list is just a small start of everything needed for a healthy human to be fast, strong and safe!

Chew on this....
Working on an athletes running efficiency will increase performance.
An athlete with the least excess movement will WIN.
ALL involved....
ankle, hip flexors, hips, all leg and glute muscles... this included flexibility, mobility and strength of all these.
It’s been a great start to the program with Deborah John 👍🏼
