Hello Ladies, Welcome to MissyBees Boutique. First off I will tell you a little about myself. I am a very proud mommy of twin girls and a little boy. Im a Stay at home mom and spend alot of my time running my boutique and loving every second of it. I try to keep my prices as affordable as I can and will usually work with you if you need to place a large order by offering Bulk Pricing. You can get this pricing if you order more than 10-50 pieces depending on what item is being ordered. My products consist of Girls Clothing, Bows, Headbands, Shoes, Chunky Necklaces and sometimes I even carry items for us ladies such as Clothing, Jewelry, and other accessories.
Most of my page consists of pre orders which will get you the cheaper price. Pre orders take about 3-7 weeks (sometimes longer if there is an issue for some reason, in which i will always notify my customers on my wall)to ship to me and then I Sort, Package, Label, and ship them out as soon as I can. All etas given for pre orders are APPROXIMATE due to the fact that production times and shipping times are out of my control, i will keep customers updated as much as i can. I will not refund you for a pre order because you didnt get by a certain date, this is because i do list these times are approximate in the order info as well as in the invoice so you are made aware that these times are not definate. So please beware of this when ordering from a pre order.
I charge flat rate shipping costs which are: $3.75-$5 for 1 item depending on weight, $6.50 for 2 items, $7.50 for 3-4 items, and $13.50 if you order 6-9, $18.50 if you order 10 or more. This prices are updated as of 2018 with the new rates. If the item is a bulkier/heavier item then this pricing may change. Please note that these prices do include fees but that Insurance is NOT included in shipping cost. If you would like to include insurance on your order please let me know when you place it and I will add the charge to your order. I am NOT responsible if an item is lost during shipment. I ship to the address that is listed in your PayPal account so if you have moved or have a different mailing address please make sure to change it in paypal. If your package is returned to me you are responsible to repay shipping and i will reship once that is paid. I will not refund your order because you package was returned, especially if its because you have the wrong address in your paypal.
I do NOT accept returns unless the item received is defective, this doesnt not mean an excess string or it doesnt fit how you want (i list measurements). Exchanges can be made depending upon the issue. I will not exchange an item just because you received it and dont like it, if it is defective or if i made a mistake on sizing etc i will of coarse fix it as i am human and that can happen from time to time. I am not responsible for damages that occur after you receive your items. You have up to 1 week after the item is shipped to make an exchange. Please Hand wash or wash on cold/delicate cycle and Hang Dry Clothing to ensure that there will be no damage or shrinking during cleaning. -I am a mother just like most of you and my children will always come first so please be understanding of that.
-I receive a minimum of 50 messages daily, sometimes more. Please do not message me multiple times within a 24 hour period, I will respond to your message as soon as I can. I usually try to check my messages at least once a day or once every other day but sometimes things do get backed up and it may take me a little longer. i will NEVER ignore anyone and you will always get a response from me
-If you place an order and do not receive an invoice please PM me what you ordered as well as your invoice and I will look into it and either send or resend the invoice. Sometimes I do not receive all notifications or overlook an order. Also sometimes PayPal just like any webpage has glitches and does not fully process the invoice so it will show sent on my end but maybe not fully go through to you. I close out the orders on a specific date which will be listed in the order info as well as invoice. If its not paid by then i will cancel the invoice and place the order as scheduled.
-Payment for pre orders is due within 48 hours, I know sometimes life happens and things come up so if you for whatever reason need to pay a certain day please just message me and I’m sure we can work something out. Also if you need to cancel your order please let me know and don’t just leave your invoice unpaid. If I do not receive payment from you by the time I close an order I will cancel your order and will not allow the order to be re opened. Payment for in stock Orders is due within 24 hours and if you don’t pay within that time frame I will cancel your order.
-I list ALL INFORMATION you need about your order in the order information as well as in your invoice (sizing information, pricing, wait times, and more) Therefore you should be well aware of the item you will be receiving if you read the information I provide to you. Sizing is always approximate and i do my best to list how they fit for us or i will list approx measurements. If you have any questions about your order please check in one of either of those places. If there is still confusion of coarse please feel free to ask me (include your email) and I will look up the order for you.
-If for whatever reason you have an issue with your order please message me via pm and not in comment to my page as sometimes I don’t receive all notifications and most likely will not respond.
