Also, I need your help! We are getting closer to being able to lease out the second half of our warehouse and I’m still unsure of what it should be.

I’d love it to be a space for strength training.

I’m thinking something simple with dumbbells, bands and maybe a pull-up bar, but no machines.

In my dreamworld, an amazing trainer that can work well with middle aged and older women will appear and lease the space and offer a service that is complementary in feel and quality to Old Town Yoga.

However, something tells me I might need to create it myself…

Other ideas include a working art space/gallery, a shared workspace/office, a rentable meeting space?

What do you guys think??
