Guiding a group on retreat is a role that I am honored to have & do not take lightly.

When someone chooses to go on a retreat, they are choosing to give back to themselves, but that can only happen when they are in an environment that feels supportive, where they feel seen, and where they can feel safe enough to be themselves.

Thank you to the 10 women who attended Vitality & Vision Hillholm Estate this past week. You walked away with new knowledge, the realization that we are all connected more than we realize & a new community who supports you - and the need for a gas station lobster roll (IYKYK!)

I completed my certification with Meghan in 2011. In 2021 I started assisting in her training program. Now we run the program together at Progress Pilates Studio.

Our current group has 9 students. Can’t wait to see how many we have in the fall!
