Congratulations to Ryan Schnering for breaking the Coatesville School Record in the 100 Breaststroke with a time of 1:00.16 this weekend at High School Districts!!

**NEW SCHOOL RECORD**
Congratulations to Iain O’Toole for breaking the Coatesville School Record in the 100 Backstroke with a time of 52.02 this weekend at High School Districts!

On Day 2 of the District I Championships:
* Iain O’Toole started the team off by swimming in the 100 freestyle. He placed 16th overall.
* Ryan Reynolds returned for his 500 freestyle and placed 21st with a 3 second drop from his seed time. *Iain entered the pool again for 100 back and swam a time of 52.02. This broke Coatesville’s 100 backstroke record and got him 5th place, earning him a medal.
*Connor Fanelli and Ryan Schnering both competed in 100 Breaststroke.
*Connor finished with a time of 1:00.97.
*Ryan’s 100 Breaststroke time of 1:00.16 broke Coatesville’s school record!

Coatesville’s last event of the meet was the Girl’s 500 freestyle.
*Sarah McGann placed 6th overall and earned herself another medal.

Congratulations to all of our athletes that represented Coatesville this year at Districts. There was so much hard work that got these athletes to this point. The post season is not over yet. Stay tuned!

Next up - During the girls session on Friday:
* Sarah McGann swam the 200 freestyle and placed 5th, earning herself a medal.
* Cadence Chidester competed in the 50 freestyle and placed 17th.

Congratulations to our athletes that competed at the District I Championships this weekend. It was a great meet filled with best times!!

First up on Friday Morning 2/27:
* The Boys Medley Relay of Ryan Schnering, Iain O’Toole, Ryan Reynolds and Connor Fanelli placed 15th overall.
* Ryan Reynolds competed in the 200 freestyle and swam a time of 1:49.69.

GOOD LUCK COATESVILLE!!!!!❤️🖤 The boys and girls will be competing Friday February  27th and Saturday February 28  in York,PA!
